Will you adjust me on the first visit?

At French Broad Chiropractic, we do not guess with your health and are committed to providing you with the best care possible. We split the new practice member appointment into two separate visits because we perform specific, and unique testing on the first day that the doctors need to look over to create the most individualized recommendations for you. You will receive your first adjustment after the doctor reviews all of your findings on the second day and you decide to accept care.

Once I start, do I have to keep coming back forever?

Our care should be utilized for as long as it is serving you to become a better, healthier, and more vibrant you. Typically, practice members do choose to stay with us to continue wellness care because they love the way they feel and function following a chiropractic adjustment. We understand that maintaining an interference-free nervous system with optimal communication and connection is essential for health throughout a lifetime.

Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance because we do not want insurance telling us what we can and cannot do for you. In general, insurance companies are not focused on any preventative or wellness services. The great news is that by not having to deal with insurance companies, our office costs are kept down, so we can offer affordable chiropractic care for the whole family. Our prices are usually cheaper than a co-pay. We gladly accept HSA and FSA forms of payment in our office and we always welcome open and honest conversations about finances. We are here to serve you and will do all that we can to help.
